Refund Policy
At Elite Med Spa and Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional service and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments and wellness services, we maintain the following refund policy.
Services & Treatments
All services, treatments, consultations, injections, memberships, packages, and prepaid sessions are non-refundable once purchased or performed.
Results may vary from person to person, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Deposits
Appointment deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied toward your scheduled treatment if cancellation or rescheduling policies are followed.
Clients who fail to show up for an appointment or cancel outside the required notice period may forfeit their deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in cancellation fees or loss of deposit.
Products
Unused and unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, subject to management approval.
Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be refunded or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
Packages & Memberships
Treatment packages, promotional offers, and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Expiration dates and terms provided at the time of purchase apply.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen.
Financing Payments
Payments made through third-party financing providers such as Cherry, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, or other financing companies are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.
Exceptions
Refund requests due to medical concerns or special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Elite Med Spa and Wellness management.
