Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture.

Deposits & Payments

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Full payment is due at the time services are provided unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept approved payment methods available at the clinic and on our website. Financing options, when available, are subject to third-party approval.

Treatment Eligibility

Memberships & Promotions

Promotional pricing, packages, memberships, and special offers are subject to change without notice and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Unused services in packages are non-transferable and may expire according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
